Great is our Lord, and mighty in power, His understanding is infinite. Psalm 147:5
God calls us to give ourselves over to His will and with no guarantees - only His promises. And even then He doesn't promise a gold mine in every mountain He calls us to climb. But He does promise that if a mountain gets in the way of His purposed fulfillment for our lives, He can move it!
God never disallows dreams! In fact, He gives them. So He'll never tell us that we can't have dreams, desires, longings, or fulfillment. He only warns us against being controlled by the fear of not having them on our schedule or of seeking them on our own terms.
